However, if the item was misrepresented, or if there is a flaw in the quality of the handmade process, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your product(s).
Photos of the item showing what you feel is wrong with it will need to be emailed to us for review. Refund or replacement will be at our discretion.
We do our utmost to make every product the highest quality possible. Custom orders are checked, and rechecked to insure accuracy. If a mistake is made and somehow slips through, we will replace it as promptly as possible!
If a refund is necessary, once it is approved, we will refund to your credit card or the original payment method. You will receive the credit in a few days, depending on the policy of your credit card holder.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
