I mentioned a few posts ago about bloggers who forget they have a blog when things get busy. And I totally became a blogger who forgot she had a blog this past weekend. Well, technically I didn’t really forget, I just had to put the blog to the back of the back burner because I just couldn’t keep up with all the hats I’m supposed to wear 😀
It takes a Village…
You’ve heard the saying it takes a village to raise a child. I say it also takes a village to pull off a weekend set-up at the flea. I’m so overwhelmed by all the willing help and support I had this past weekend I can’t even put it into words.
The Vintage Marketplace 2013
We arrived at The Vintage Marketplace at the flea around 9 am. During a torrential downpour. We checked in under umbrella’s. And waited for the downpour to subside. Unloaded under grey skies that were very prone to shower us with wetness. We were so thankful for a tent to get our merchandise under.
Country Living Fair 2013
( this post contains tons of pics – and they are all taken with my new iPhone as I was a rather lazy blogger and left my real camera at home. I blame it on the intense hours I’ve been spending getting ready for The Vintage Marketplace that is coming up in FIVE days.)
I went to the Country Living Fair Saturday! I hadn’t been to the CLFair since it’s been held at the Ohio Village in Columbus. The first year it was in Ohio I went. It took us over 2 hours to get in to park, lines to the food were 45 minutes to an hour long and the lines to the restroom were 90 minutes long.
Out of the Dark Ages
Out of the Dark Ages is a bit on the drastic side – ok, ok, it’s a LOT on the drastic side but it is how I feel now that I have finally put myself out of my misery and entered the hallowed halls of an iPhone owner!
