A year ago at Christmastime I started seeing letterboards popping up in my Instagram feed. I soon decided I needed one (or three) of my own. I bought my first one soon after the new year last year – the small one called the Poet. I bought my letterboards from Letterfolk, a US based company, run by a husband and wife team. I love that I can have these beautiful boards in my home and support another small business and family at the same time. I bought the Writer and the Wordsmith during a sale they had last year, and I use them for business purposes usually. I use them for pricing, or for shop info.

Today I have a (affiliate link)book review for you. A book called Hand Me Down Husband. It took me a bit longer to get this up than I meant for it to – I pre-ordered the book and read it as soon as it arrived in my mailbox. But then I loaned it out before I took pics of it. So I’m just now getting to it.
I love mail delivery time. I always have. I remember as a little girl, running down our lane to check the mail. I’d see the mail man come and I would race to get to the box first. We knew our mailman, he went to our church, and we thought that was pretty cool. Sometimes if he had a package too big to fit in the box at the end of the lane, he’d drive up and honk the horn, and someone would run out and get the package from him.
How about a giveaway?! If you like candles (and it IS the season for burning candles!) and if you like jewelry, and surprises then you will be delighted with what I’m giving away today! Rafflecoptor is at the bottom of this post.
