So I have all these random thoughts throughout the day. Thoughts that I think would make good blog posts. And so as I’m working almost round the clock on wholesale pillow orders I compose those blog posts in my mind. I add in witty phrases her and philosophical thought there.
And oh, if those words could just flow straight from my brain to my blog you, my readers, would be so well entertained and steeped in knowledge you wouldn’t be able to stand it.
It’s been a whirlwind of life and business around here the past couple weeks. I spend my days working every single minute to create pillows to fill orders, stopping only to do what has to be done – like pick up my daughter from school and throw a bit of food on the table occasionally to keep everyone from starving. It’s crazy crazy busy, but such a blessing too.
Yep, you read that title correctly. I’ve created a Duct Tape Pennant Banner. The medium of choice for this months Project Challenge was Duct Tape. And I had grandiose plans for an ah-mAY-zing duct tape project. I even bought my duct tape months ago when I saw a roll of red, white, and blue Union Jack print duct tape. But, alas. My duct tape roll went missing. Abduction charges have been placed on my youngest daughter 😀
Time for another Dose of Diy and today I’m going to show you how to create a fall centerpiece and just how easy it is to do! You don’t have to buy a bunch of new stuff, you don’t have to buy an expensive flower arrangement (although those are lots of fun too 🙂 ) and you don’t need to stress over it. I seriously created a few different centerpieces in just a few minutes. It took longer to photograph them all than it did to create them!
