Ah what a glorious day we had today! The sun shone, the snow/ice was melting, and THE AIR DIDN’T HURT MY FACE! Still needed a coat and boots but 45° is so much more pleasant for winter weather than the cold stuff we’ve been having. I hung out with a friend and shot some behind-the-scenes of her photo shoot this morning. In the afternoon I headed to the shop for a paint class and some fun with milk paint.
Tonight I’m exhausted but happy. Dinner was fixed by me and my teen. The girls did the dishes while I stitched up a few pillows. Now it’s time to relax a bit and unwind.
Casting Crowns is my favorite group. I hope you are blessed by this song of theirs!
Have a Blessed Sunday!
Thank you for the song, my blessed sister in Christ. Have a wonderful day.
Glad it blessed you my friend!
Today was a beautiful day here in Virginia, too. My family & I got together to celebrate my daughter’s & my birthday–Her 40th & my 66 (2-15). We attended church & were blessed to be able to listen to a wonderful sermon & worship the Lord. It’s always great to be able to join with other Christians & worship our Lord & Savior. Many more blessings to you & to your family, Jill.
So nice to have a bit of reprieve from the cold – it’s cold here again this week but the warmer temps over the weekend renew the promise that Spring will come again!
