Today we celebrate. We celebrate with gifts and tinsel and good food and the camaraderie of family. We give gifts to the poor. We send cards and packages to our troops overseas. We attend Christmas eve services. We worship. Worship the Babe. This time of year was chosen centuries ago – as early as 354 A.D. It’s my personal opinion that Jesus wasn’t born in December, but I love the tradition that a large part of the world sets aside a day just for Him. Whatever your traditions, however you choose to celebrate, I invite you to join me in worshiping the Babe in a manger.
And I wanted to share with you some words from my Dad – I shared this a couple years ago but I think it needs shared again.
In the words of Tiny Time – God Bless us Every One!
Merry Christmas.
