‘Not Your Mama’s’ Craft Market

I’ve mentioned a couple of times in passing that I’m participating in an event this month.  And it is high time I share with you what and where 🙂  I was contacted several weeks ago by Chelsey Hill.  She contacted me through my etsy shop and asked if I would be interested in setting up shop at her craft fair, which she is calling ‘Not Your Mama’s’ Craft Market.  Cute name huh?!  And from the line-up she has going it will most definitely not be like any craft show you have been to with your mama 😉

You can go to the ‘Not Your Mama’s’ Craft Market’s facebook page and blog to read more about who and what will be there.  This event takes place in Marysville Ohio.

I am finally acting like I have handmade items to make for this event!  I made a pillow, 6 stockings and some other odds and ends today.  I will also be taking some painted furniture as props.  All props will be for sale 🙂  I very much dislike shopping where the cool props are NFS.  I plan to have everything in my space for sale.

Here is a sneak peek at one of the pillows I made a couple of weeks ago.  More photos to come later this week of items I’m making for this event.  That is if I have time to blog – lots of sewing to do along with helping a friend paint her kitchen cabinets and another friend with a curtain project 🙂  Good thing I won’t be getting bored anytime soon!  Stay tuned – I WILL be back!

I LOVE that you’ll be selling everything in your booth. I think that is BRILLIANT. Seriously. And, that sneak peak at the pillow is not enough. I need to see more of that beauty. You are certain to sell out with your attention to detail, beautiful design and quality craftsmanship.

haha! Mom – I always have stuff going on! Does seem like fall is always really crazy busy. It won’t take long to do what I need to with your pattern – but if you want to help out more with school you know I’d never turn you down! The girls do so much better for you.
